Remove orphan gaps from stopped/failed scans. Keeps all your reviewed gaps intact.

Dismiss existing Intercom gaps whose source ticket or conversation is still open or in-progress (not yet closed/resolved). Runs in background โ€” refresh after ~1 minute.

Use AI to find and dismiss duplicate gaps that cover the same topic (even if worded differently). Keeps the oldest gap and dismisses newer duplicates.

Re-generate all article drafts using the current KB templates. Applies to all existing gaps including approved ones.

Re-scan only threads where no gap was previously found. Use this after scanner improvements to catch gaps that were missed without re-processing everything.

Reset ALL processed thread history so the next scan re-reads all conversations fresh.

Nuclear option: delete ALL gaps, scan history, and processed records for a complete fresh start.
